We were appointed by our Client to assist the Chartered Surveyor and Fire Engineer in undertaking the required intrusive survey works to complete an FRAEW for the building. We undertook several inspection points that included survey works to brick , ACM, render and HPL wall types. The team utilised a tower scaffold to facilitate access. The project involved trying to repair previous intrusive inspection points which were not f inished to a good standard.
