We were appointed by our Client to assist the Chartered Surveyor and Fire Engineer in undertaking the required intrusive survey works to complete an FRAEW for the building. We undertook several inspection points that included survey works to brick, cement board cladding, hanging tiles and render wall types. The team utilised a MEWP and tower scaffold to facilitate access.
